Rewards
African Geos (AG) offers financial rewards to associates:
a. When an associate provides information to AG of a position, that AG then is able to fill with a suitable candidate, and AG receives a fee for doing so, then AG will pay 10% of the fee received to that associate, under the following conditions:
- Firstly, AG places a registered candidate for the position
- Secondly AG receives a fee
- Thirdly the probation period for the individual is completed, or 3 months of employment passes
- Only once all three of these conditions are met, would a Position Reward be paid. In practice, this mean no Position Reward would be paid until at least 3 months has passed.
a. When an associate accepts a position, that AG has been contracted to fill, and AG receives a fee for doing so, then AG will pay 20% of the fee received to that associate, under the following conditions:
- Firstly, the associate accepts the position with the company that AG has signed a contract with
- Secondly AG receives a fee for placing the associate into that position
- Thirdly the probation period for the individual is completed, or 3 months of employment passes
- Only once all these conditions are met, would a Position Acceptance Reward be paid. In practice this mean no Position Acceptance Reward would be paid until at least 3 months has passed.
a. When an associate encourages someone to complete a profile as a professional on AG's website and upload their CV, and that individual accepts a position for which AG receives a fee, then 5% of that fee would be paid as an Associate Referral Reward, under the following conditions:
- Firstly, the individual accepts the position with the company that AG has signed a contract with
- Secondly AG receives a fee for placing the individual into that position
- Thirdly the probation period for the individual is completed, or 3 months of employment passes
- Only once all these conditions are met, would an Associate Referral Reward be paid. In practice this mean no Associate Referral Reward would be paid until at least 3 months has passed.
Rewards would only be paid once an associate has completed and signed an appropriate associate agreement form between themselves and AG.
AG ensures rewards are only paid where there is no inappropriate relationship between the Associate and the company contracting AG to provide a candidate for a position. AG does not provide any reward in such instances, to protect both the associate and AG's reputation.
